TITLE, META Description, and Keyword Placement
Your selected keywords and phrases should go in the 'TITLE' of your page's source code. The 'META' descriptions will describe your page's content and should also contain keywords and phrases. As a general rule of thumb, the 'TITLE' of your pages will hold more weight with search engine crawlers than the META descriptions. It is ideal and beneficial for each page of your site to have its own unique keywords and phrases in the 'TITLE' and 'META' descriptions. As for the content that your pages have, the keyword or phrase should be used according to the density level explained of this manual. The ideal placement of keywords and phrases should be in the H1 (Header 1) and H2 (Header 2) fields of each page. In the following paragraphs of your headers, at least one keyword or phrase should be on the first paragraph and the last paragraph; you can sprinkle your content lightly with keywords and supporting keywords.
