Punctuation's That Are Considered.Google's search engine is becoming more sophisticated, and there are various punctuation's that are not ignored. For instance, popular programming languages like (C++) or (C#) are not ignored. The $ sign will yield results on products and prices if used in conjunction with a name brand. For instance, (Dell Studio $500) and (Dell Studio 500) will yield different results. Using a hyphen will tell Google that the words are strongly connected, unless there is no space after and before the hyphen. The underscore is used to connect two words and is not ignored.
