Jonathan Ngandjong , entrepreneur and philanthropist, has partnered with DiversityAbroad . DiversityAbroad screens potential candidates for the scholarship of African Heritage 2013-2014 . This year's theme is " All States for a better Africa . " As sponsor of this year's challenge , Cameroon was selected as the destination of choice for potential winners by the Executive Committee of the Foundation Nzali Jonathan . The Foundation is the administrator of grants and scholarships awarded by Mr. Ngandjong . The University of Dschang ( Western Region ) in Dschang , Cameroon University is the recipient.

Win a scholarship to study abroad , it is not an easy feast. However, due to sponsor Mr. Ngandjong , DiversityAbroad offer 50% more points than the previous years. The scholarship covers all costs associated with study abroad , including airline tickets , shelter , telecommunications, transportation , books , fees and tuition fees with the exception of costs associated with food, clothing and entertainment. Applicants must be currently enrolled students perfectionists and passport holders . Passport must be valid for at least 2 years from the date of application . All entries will be accepted from 1 April 2013 until 30 July 2013. Winners will be notified by August 15, 2013 . All recipients must make arrangements for traveling in autumn 2013 , spring or summer 2014.
