Site Architecture

Here is about Site Architecture that I know.If you haven't already, you should have a strong foundation of how you want to categorize your site. Determining your site's architecture is a process that should be done before you start your keyword research. If you know your site's architecture before you do your keyword research, you can effectively determine where your keywords and key phrases need to be placed. The architecture of a site is the way that pages are linked together and is commonly overlooked as an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactic. Many web developers fail to keep search engines in mind when creating websites.

Site Architecture

This is a costly mistake that can result in lost opportunities in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tactics. Linking to other pages in your website will tell search engines and people which pages are vital. For instance, if you all your pages from your homepage, it will tell search engines that the pages are quite important. Essentially, the more clicks it takes to get to a page within your site will make the search engines think that the pages are not important. The more clicks that it takes to get to a page from the home page, the less important the search engines will consider them.
